The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive the companys success in achieving its business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Strategy and ExecutionDevelop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals and ensure efficient workflows.Analyze market trends and industry data to identify opportunities for growth and operational enhancement.Process and Performance ManagementOversee day-to-day operations, ensuring processes are optimized for productivity and quality.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational excellence.Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement solutions to improve performance and cost-effectiveness.Team Leadership and DevelopmentLead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve individual and team performance.Compliance and Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.Identify potential risks in operations and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard business continuity.Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.Key QualificationsEducational BackgroundBachelors degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.MBA or a Masters degree is preferred.ExperienceMinimum of 10-15 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record in [Contract Manufacturing, FMCG, etc.].Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.Technical SkillsStrong understanding of supply chain management, production planning, and quality assurance.Proficiency in ERP systems and other operational tools.Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in using data to drive decisions.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to shape the companys operational strategy and contribute to its growth.A collaborative and innovative work environment.Professional growth opportunities and access to training programs.,
