Head Sustainability & Environment Head For Manufacturing IndustrySustainability & EnvironmentLiasioning with CPCB, SPCB, MoEFCC to get EC, CTE, CTO and submission of various returns as per requirement. Handling of the effluent management system as per pollution control board guidelines. Conversant with operation and maintenance of MEE, RO, and Effluent Treatment Plant.Preparation and maintenance of legal register and regular review for on-time compliance of regulatory requirements. Hazardous waste handling as per hazardous waste (M&H) rules. Monitoring of effluents, hazardous waste, and ambient air as per standards. Cleaner production activity for minimization and reuse of the wastes.Waste minimization and recycling program planning and implementation.Strategy & governance Liasioning with DISH, Health Inspector, and CCOE.Preparation and implementation of Environmental Strategy and management plan.Policy formulation, development, and implementation.Formation of Environmental Objectives and Targets.Preparation and implementation of EHS Improvement plan.Developing and implementation of Global Environmental standards.Competency building of team members.Coordination with Corporate for Environmental audits - Global Environmental Director.Preparation and implementation of the scorecard for Environmental Performance measurement. Training to Sr. Leadership Team on various safety aspects. Formation & managing Environmental Steering committee.Corporate risk management & regulatory Environmental compliances. Maintaining Global Environmental Portal.Environmental SYSTEMS and cultural buildingOHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, Process Safety Management DuPont Model.Risk Identification and Management.CAPA Tracking.Environmental Cultural transformation by focusing on visible felt leadership.Employee engagement on Environmental. Behaviour Based Safety, contractor safety management, permit to work, developing and conducting various safety training modules. Line accountability in implementation and sustenance of Environmental system. safety promotional activities.Risk managementEnvironmental consideration/requirements in technology transfer, scale-up, process safety information, process hazard analysis, HAZOP study, shutdown safety preparation, pre-startup safety review, site risk register, Risk assessment on machinery safety, ergonomic assessment, PPE requirement based on risks in various activities, chemical storage and handling, electrical safety.Fire Safety and Emergency PreparednessFire load calculation and provision of firefighting equipment. Upkeeping of firefighting system, smoke detector & fire alarm system.Hands-on experience in installation of fire hydrant, fire detection system, and fire suppression system. Emergency preparedness training.Formation of the emergency response team. Preparation and updation of the onsite emergency action plan, conducting mock drills on various emergency scenarios.occupational health and safetyWork area monitoring, machinery hazards and its control measures, manual for toolbox talk and implementation, training and communication, development of lock-out & tag-out system and implementation, laboratory safety, identification of suitable PPEs for various activities, safety observation & audits, incident investigation, systems and controls to mitigate exposure to dust, vapors, and fumes, ergonomic study, risk-based health surveillance. Functional area competency: - To Advise and assist the Management in the fulfillment of its obligatory responsibilities on prevention of all Environmental related issues- Implementation of Environment management, Safety management system, and Process safety managements - To carry out Safety Audit, Safety report, HAZOP, JSA, and HIRA.- Facilitator/mentor and worked as Expert advisor to identify all activity in all plants & Provide all necessary support to develop PSM procedure and risk-based procedures. - Experience in handling highly hazardous chemicals like (Ethylene Oxide, EDA, CS2, So3, So2, Cl2, NH3, H2SO4, HCL, H2S04.SO3, NAOH, NA2S, Bromine, Lignite, inflammable Solvents, Naptha, FO, HSD, LPG, H2S, chloro sulphuric acid, Hydrogen, Sulphur, and various coal.)- All worked experience in MAH units with exposure of manages many types of emergency like Toxic gas release, Major Fire, in various chemicals. Management system: - Associate MR for ISO 450001, & Leader for Employee safety & Health in RC Code. - Certified Member of PSRM from Dupont and Prism consultant - Certified internal auditor of ISO-9001, ISO-14001 & ISO-45001QUALIFICATION - Be Btech Chemical, OrB.Sc. Chemistry, OrM.Sc. Environment Science, And,MBA in Safety & Environment Management & Technology, OrPost Diploma in Industrial Environment Management & Technology, OrPost Diploma in Industrial Safety,
