Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Initiate sales techniques for better market reach and awareness. Developing and implementing Marketing Plans with focus on planning, Presentations and other promotional activities. Identifying new markets and positioning the brand in premium position Keeping track of changing customer & channel partner requirement & expectations. Generate and study enquiries from the customers. Decide on the price to be quoted on the basis of Discuss and finalise the terms of contract and ensure adherence to the same. Interfacing with clients for obtaining feedbacks, suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations for securing repeat business. Provide technical service support to clients and resolving their issues / concerns. Ensuring speedy resolution of queries and grievances to maximize client satisfaction levels. Maintaining excellent relations with customer to generate avenues for additional business. Developing and ensuring customer satisfaction for delivery and standard service quality norms. Monitoring overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate Measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
