    About Our CompanyORIGROUP is a leading contract manufacturer specialising in FMCG products, partnering with top brands to deliver quality and innovation.About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of materials, products, and information to meet business objectives efficiently and cost-effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Strategy and OptimizationDevelop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance.Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.Procurement and Vendor ManagementManage procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management, to secure favorable terms with suppliers.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and develop improvement plans where necessary.Inventory ManagementOversee inventory levels to balance cost and availability, minimizing stock-outs or overstock situations.Implement inventory management systems and practices to improve accuracy and efficiency.Technology and Data AnalyticsLeverage supply chain software and tools (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) to streamline operations and improve decision-making.Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, improve forecasting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Implement new technologies and innovations to enhance supply chain performance.Key QualificationsEducational BackgroundBachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Masters degree or MBA is preferred.Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma are a plus.ExperienceMinimum of 8-12 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record in managing supply chains in [Manufacturing, FMCG, etc.].Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management tools.Skills and CompetenciesStrong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to lead and optimize critical supply chain operations.A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.Professional development opportunities and training programs.,
