Were a team of diverse experts helping our clients to build the future of their Treasury.ABOUT THE TEAMThe TxB Leadership and Strategy team is responsible for TxBs financials, headcount planning/management, vendor relationship management, program delivery, and communications.Basic Qualifications and Responsibilities

Bachelors Degree in a related field
At least 3 years of experience in vendor management, strategic consulting, business and/or technology strategy or related field
Ability to collaborate with cross-divisional stakeholders including, but not limited to product/service owners, Finance, Sourcing, Compliance, Legal, TechRisk, and Controllers.
Experience managing projects with many moving parts
Track all TxB vendor related diligence and governance tasks (leveraging KY3P) and report findings to TxB senior management on a monthly and quarterly basis
Work with vendor relationship owners (TxB and Firmwide) globally to track and close open vendor risk items in the firms Vendor Management Portal (VRP)/My TechRisk Portal
Work closely with Third Party Risk Management (Business Engagement Team, Third Party Operational Resilience Assurance, Data Analytics and Reporting, Strategy & Governance) to ensure TxB compliance with firmwide Vendor Management policies
Ensure compliance with the TxB Vendor Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) tracking and reporting program, including, but not limited to scheduling, running and documenting quarterly Operational Performance Reviews with our Critical Vendor population and Annual Steering Committee reviews with our most Strategic Vendor population
Manage a portfolio of rules based agreements with the TxB Risk team to ensure ongoing compliance (Regulatory and/or Internal Audit focused)
Contribute to the management of TxBs global inter-affiliate service level tracking program leveraging Firmwide tools like SLATE (Service Level Agreement Technology Environment)
Maintain and enhance the reporting of risk-related issues and events
Support the creation of important reports for senior management and related control functions
Strong program and project management skills
Collaborative, team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organization
Excellent attention to detail and ability to act on detailed feedback
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management, and planning skills
