Job Description

We are hiring for Banca channel or Bancassurance for a leading firm in India. minimum 2 years of general insurance experience in Banca channel is must. candidates must be from General Insurance only. CTC range 2.5 LPA -3.5LPA. maximum age limit is 35 years.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. handling 15-20 branches of partner banks (may extend up to 25 depending on the locations)
2. should be able to handle workload in an efficient manner
3. target based job (monthly 4lakh to 5 lakh)
SKILLS:
1. have good communication and negotiation skills
2. candidate should have patience
COMPENSATION AND OTHER BENEFITS:
1. CTC of 2.5LPA - 3.5LPA
2. travel allowance: reimbursement for petrol and mobile expenses
