What you will be responsible for: As an Officer Manager you will: Manage and supervise the flow of daily operations and be the subject matter expert for process Ability to multitask and work under time constraints MS office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, SharePoint) Proven track record of innovation (knowledge of VBA and advanced excel skills would be beneficial) Manage internal workflow to ensure internal processing and client deadlines are met Monitoring of teams daily operations, be able to aware of potential risks and make improvement of the process; professionally organize 1:1 meeting with team members; work closely with manager and timely provide feedbacks and valuable suggestions; confidently and efficiently communicate with home site, maintain good relationship with home site; Support the development and automation of reports by communicating business requirements to the technology development team Be able to professionally resolve issues and provide help to colleagues, maintain the healthy relationship within the team; Proactively monitor the deliverables, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of deliverables; be able to flexibly arrange work among the team;Interested candidates are required to send their resume to: hidden_email
