National Sales Head B2B B2C For Chemical Manufacturing IndustryResponsibilitiesEntrusted with B2C, Govt; Corporate, Jobbers, Channel SalesFixation of sales targets for sales teamEvaluation of sales teams performanceManeuvering of sales team. Management of key government account.Formulation of Selling Strategy to push market share.Inventory management with channel partners.Devising of collection policies.# Strategic Responsibilities * Setting out Annual Sales Budget for the Region * Should handing Sales Revenue more than 100 Cr. * Business Development Plans & Implementation * Ensure Pricing as per budget guidelines * Key account management with Corporate Groups * Meet Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Budget * Prepare Monthly Forecasting * Sales Review with the team and achieve the plan * Interact with Logistics team to ensure dispatch to customers on time * Prepare of Collection Plan * Maintain sales expenses as per revenue budget * Participation in Trade exhibition, seminars, identification of other promotional needs * Performance assessment quarterly, half yearly and yearly * Identify development needs and facilitate training program for the same. * Performance Review and reporting to Sr GM & Chief Global OfficerHave adequate knowledge regarding marketing and sales support. Done extensive Researches on various measures of marketing analyses. Have over 15+years of experience and the capacity to adopt new concepts with due responsibilities. Well versed with the Chemical market Pan India. Able to make a good successful marketing team for achieving a good market share. Maintain a good chain between Dealers and Company. To take the Company to new heights by proper planning and managing of resources. Eagle eye on the market movement, change in cropping pattern and market demand. Structured and managed effective marketing strategies and programs that ensure a competitive edge. Plan and develop marketing budgets and head all contract negotiations.
