Position: Patient Counsellor (Urgent Hiring)Salary Package : Depending on timings & subject to negotiationTimings : 10:00 am 6:30pmLocation : Rajouri GardenRequirement : Excellent communication Should be enough confidentGood computer Knowledge.Patient Counseling:Face to face counselling, Hearing to the concerns and difficulties faced by the patient, Motivating thepatient through use of counseling skills and techniques, Emphasizing the importance of compliance andcontrol, Ensuring the components of the patient programmed are made available to each patient, Timelyfollow- up with patients through visits and calls to ensure that the rapport and trust is maintained.Daily basis calls & Registration will also be there side by side.Qualifications and Competencies:The person should be dynamic, confident and should be willing to work hard, this being a IVF counsellingjob. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team is of utmost importance.Group Activities/ Camps: To attend patient group activities & camps whenever required.We would prefer :- Priority will be Patient Counsellor , Academic Counsellor, (IVF) Clinical CoordinatorCandidates with a Counseling background.
