Job Description

Asst. Manager- HR Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities1. Manage the implementation of HR and IR initiatives at the factory Level including PMSimplementation, Employee Engagement, Contract Labor Management, Wage settlements, Initiateand manage learning and development initiative.2. Maintain all labour regulatory compliances within the policies and procedures of the companywith the objective of maintaining harmonious working environment at the factory and helpingidentify and develop key talent for the factory.3. Competencies Knowledge of Industrial relations and Labour laws, Contract Labor Management,Negotiation Skills, Networking4. Responsible for HR Projects/ Program Delivery, Manage Industrial Relations, Manage TalentPerformance Management, Separation, Training, Manage Compensation & Benefits, Review andReporting5. Participate in meetings between Auditor and Auditee/ closing meetings and formulate responseswith the management action planning.6. To discuss manpower numbers with the respective sectional/ functional heads for manpowerplanning for the subsequent business year.7.
