Position: Business Development Manager (laminates / sunmica)Location: Ahmedabad, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Jalandhar, Ranchi, PatnaExperience: 5-20 yearsSalary: NegotiableIndustry: Manufacturing (Laminates/Sunmica/Plywood)Qualification: GraduateCandidate must have experience in Laminates/Sunmica industry.Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct recce in new territories / cities / states to identify marketing opportunities and carry out required follow ups.
• Meet potential distributors / wholesalers who can become our channel partners.
• Negotiate with the potential distributors, acting as a bridge between the company and the distributor.
• Appoint the best possible distributors in these new areas.
• Meet targets set by the company.
• Act as the companys representative in the market and gather key marketing information like current schemes, new launches, running designs, etc.

ExperienceThe Candidate should:

• Be 30 years of age with 5-6 years of experience in laminates / sunmica.
• Be comfortable with managing manual reports and planning.
• Be comfortable with written English.
• Have strong negotiation capabilities.
• Be willing to travel a minimum of 15 days per month (in the western zone).
