Job Title:* Area Sales Manager (Pharmaceuticals) *Skills:*- Graduation in any field with exceptional interpersonal skills and a well-established network of relationships with Doctors and Phamacist-- Minimum 1- 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. *Salary:* Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. *Experience:*01 - 7 years *Job Location:* Rani Jhansi Road, Jhandewalan, Delhi-110055 **- Conduct screening of potential candidates.- Coordinate and conduct recruitment interviews  in-person.- Issue offer letters to selected candidates.- Oversee the recruitment, training, deployment, and performance monitoring of subordinate staff.- Regularly verify and update reports.- Provide comprehensive information about projects, products, and profitability to interested parties.- Supervise and support a team of 10 field executives  to ensure project sustainability.- Guide field Managers in project implementation in the field.- Motivate and address queries of field Managers.- Ensure the punctual submission of daily reports and assist in planning.- Review and validate reports submitted by field Managers according to established standards.
