Key Responsibilities:Agency Recruitment: Identify and onboard new agencies to expand the channel.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agencies.Sales Support: Provide agencies with training, marketing materials, and product information to help them sell effectively.Performance Monitoring: Track agency sales performance and support them in meeting targets.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product) to ensure agencies have the resources they need.Reporting: Regularly update management on agency performance and sales progress.
