We are looking for a dynamic person to join our corporate operations team. Minimum 2 years of working with Salesforce.The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for Salesforce Implementation of the Sales Cloud and the day-to-day Salesforce administration, including but not limited to, creating and managing users, security settings, custom fields, page layouts, validation rules, dashboards, and reports. The Salesforce Administrator will also be responsible for communicating effectively with internal & external stakeholders.Salesforce Design & Implementation:Be part of the Business Transformation project and manage the Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation project in the companyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions along with the implementation vendor.Identify gaps, improve & deploy CRM and sales process best practices as per industry standards for operational efficiencyAct as the Salesforce point of contact for sales & service team as well as for the Salesforce implementation vendorCoordinate with & support external and internal stakeholders for successful implementation of Salesforce in the company.Salesforce Administration:Administer and manage the Salesforce platform for a team of 100 users, ensuring data accuracy, security, and user access management.Maintain, customize and configure Salesforce scopes such as users, roles, profiles, accounts, contacts,Record types, sharing rules, data fields, workflow rules, custom objects, pick lists and page layout customization to support vital business requirement as well as process builder, user permission, security protocol and assignment rules for complex business process improvementManage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of usersConduct regular quality checks, identify issues and gaps in the existing dataTroubleshooting & Debugging:Identify blocks, issues and hindrances in the system and resolve the same for smooth functioning of the systemReport any technical issues to the backend IT and admin teams for SalesforceEnsured data integrity through the appropriate use of de-duping, loading and exporting tools, for bulk data using Data LoaderCustom ReportsGenerate Reports for Senior Management as per the business requirementsCreate, develop and update dashboard, reports, reports folders to track pipeline/stages for management visibility, to assist managers to better utilize Salesforce, to provide real-time insights into sales performance, enabling data-driven decision-makingConfigure various reports for different user profiles based on organization needDevelop processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrityCreate and highlight the data in reports which is not correctly updated on the Salesforce platformUser Training:Performing UAT testing activities and updating its status thereby providing feedback.Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support to ensure the efficient use of Salesforce.Conduct regular Training sessions for all UsersPrepare documentation and training/user manuals for business processesDesired Experience:2 years experience with SalesforceStrong experience with Salesforce Administration & knowledge of SalesforceProven experience in managing Salesforce validation rules and analytical skillsExperience in creating and maintaining effective dashboards and reportsQualification:Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldSalesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) or other Salesforce.com certifications are highly desirableAdditional Skills Required:Good knowledge of various business processes like lead management, opportunities, quotations and sales order managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working with cross-functional teams including remote team members
