Job Description

    HiringAccount Manager - Client Servicing For A Leading Digital Marketing Company -REMOTE/WFHResponsibilities
    • Act as thepoint of contact for clients for digital management matters
    • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent relationship
    • To build efficient, effective, testable websites
    • Coordinating with the Project Managers and Team for taking up the requirements
    • Drawing up detailed website specifications
    • Testing the website to ensure it is working.
    • Researching current design trends.
    • Document the development process modules-wise.
    • Research and actively learn about new technologies and introduce them into the infrastructure.
    • Ensuresall activities are performed with quality and compliance
    Requirements
    • Proven work experience as a Digital account manager in Digital Marketing Agency
    • Hands on experience with Website development , SEO and SEM
    • Experience with customer service and account management
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Stronganalytical skills
