Join our dynamic finance team to help drive accuracy and efficiency in our operations.Job Summary The Accountant will manage financial records, ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and support budgeting and reporting. This role reports to the Finance Director and plays a key role in maintaining fiscal health.Key Responsibilities
    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
    • Handle accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and bank statements using tools like MS Excel/ Busy Software.
    • Ensure timely GST filings, TDS deductions, and compliance with statutory audits.
    • Assist in monthly/quarterly closings, budgeting, and variance analysis.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
    • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Commerce/Accounting (B. Com./ M. Com.) or CA Inter preferred.
    • 5-10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in fintech or manufacturing.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Busy, and GST portals.
    • Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, and auditing standards.
    • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
    • Good communication skills; Hindi fluency is a plus.
