Job Description

Responsibilities: Guide and support new customers, through the process of integrating the dairy companys products into their operations. Provide detailed information about product offerings, pricing, delivery schedules, and promotional activities. Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a seamless transition to using the companys dairy products. Establish strong rapport with customers, acting as the main point of contact during the activation phase. Develop an understanding of each customers unique needs and preferences to tailor onboarding experiences accordingly. Foster positive relationships with distribution partners to facilitate efficient product delivery and replenishment. Conduct training sessions for customers and partners to demonstrate the proper handling, storage, and usage of dairy products. Collaborate with marketing and nutrition teams to create educational materials that highlight the nutritional benefits and versatility of the dairy. offerings. Gather feedback from customers and partners regarding their experiences with the dairy products and the onboarding process. Relay customer feedback to internal teams, contributing to product development and process improvement discussions. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop activation-focused promotions and campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption. Assist in the execution of these campaigns, ensuring that they align with customer needs and preferences,
