    • The Advisor Development and Retention Manager (ADRM) will be assigned a team of 15 to 30 existing advisors and will not beresponsible for any new advisor recruitment.The ADRM will be responsible for month-on-month activation and retention of assigned advisors.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive cross sales and new sales from the assigned team ofAdvisors Drive Input behaviors with the assigned team of Advisors. Meeting the sales plan numbers consistently and achievethe sales standards. Maintain and improve the Sales Quality Standards bymaintaining the Persistency standards. Training and Development of the team of advisors for newproduct launches / revision in the existing policies. Drive advisor attendance in Trainings and GO-meets.MEASURES OF SUCCESS New Business Premium Sourced Advisor Activation & Productivity month on month Cross-Sell Conversion Meeting Persistency standards Adhering to Input behaviors as per the defined standardsKEY RELATIONSHIPS Advisors Cluster Head Advisor Development and Retention Agency Office Head Operations Team Training and DevelopmentKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Strong relationship building capability Result orientation Collaborative working style Passionate about SalesDesired qualification and experienceGraduate with 3 years of experience, minimum experience of insurance sector 2 yearsProven Sales Track Record in Insurance, preferably Life InsuranceExperience in a cross-sell sales teamFamiliarity with skills in supervision & development of teams, strong networkingOrg Chart: Vertical Head > Regional Manager > Cluster Head > Advisor Development and Retention Manager
