Job Description

    Advisor Development & Retention Manager (ADRM)Department: AgencyLocation:Delhi | Team Size: 15-30 existing advisors (no recruitment)Role Summary:The ADRM will manage and develop a team of existing advisors, ensuring their activation, retention, and productivity while driving new business and cross-sales.Key Responsibilities:
    • Achieve sales targets and ensure advisor retention.
    • Drive new sales & cross-sales from assigned advisors.
    • Maintain sales quality & persistency standards.
    • Train advisors on new products & policy updates.
    • Ensure advisor participation in trainings & meetings.
    Success Metrics:
    • New Business Premium, Advisor Activation & Productivity
    • Cross-Sell Conversion & Persistency Standards
    Qualifications & Skills:
    • Graduate with 3 years of experience (minimum 1years in Life insurance ).
    • Strong sales record, preferably in life insurance.
    • Expertise in team supervision, training, and networking.
    • Result-oriented & collaborative approach.
