Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We are currently hiring for the position of ADM (Elite Vertical). Please find the job details below: Location: PAN India Budget: Best in the Industry Experience: 5 years (preferably in the Insurance sector)
    • Identify top financial, general insurance, and health insurance distributors in the assigned territory from competitors.
    • Promote Agency Career Opportunity through career seminars, presentations, and meetings.
    • Understand the value proposition of top advisors/business associates, including onboarding processes and relevant regulations.
    • Hire and onboard top advisors and business associates after conducting career seminars and presentations, aligning with the recruitment plan.
    • Drive sales through a team of top advisors, business associates, and financial distributors to achieve defined sales targets.
    • Ensure the quality of sales by maintaining persistency standards within the channel.
    • Adhere to desired input behaviors to drive both sales and recruitment.
    • Conduct periodic training and development sessions for advisors on new product launches and company policy updates.
    • Manage field operations in coordination with Operations and DSDO to support sales and recruitment efforts.
