• Agent Recruitment & Licensing: Recruit and license agents while building and growing your own team.
• Agent Productivity: Drive productivity among both new and experienced agents.
• Sales Promotion: Implement sales promotion activities to boost the performance of PFAs.
• Coaching & Mentoring: Guide and mentor PFAs to provide need-based solutions for customers.
• New & Renewal Business: Achieve new business targets and renewals through both new and veteran agents.
• Business Reporting: Maintain daily records of business activities and sales calls in LMS (Lead Management System), ensuring timely reporting and updates.
