Support to improve the network KPIs for all technology.Liasoning with Vendors and cost reduction.Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Network uptime for all technology in the cluster. Plan & Supervise corrective and preventive maintenance to improve Network quality of the cluster for maintaining the operational KPIs for 2G, 3G & 4G network. MW uptime and ensure the visibility of nodes in the NMS. Liasoning with IP vendors, OFC vendors and local authorities to improve the network performance and better customer experience.
