Job Description

    Opportunity : Contract Engineer AI Chatbot & Salesforce IntegrationLocation : RemoteEngagement Type : ContractStart Date : the Role :Were seeking an experienced Contract Engineer to implement an AI-powered chatbot integrated with Salesforce CRM.The ideal candidate will work on a real-time assistant to handle lead capture, scheduling, document handling, and multi-department Responsibilities : Develop and deploy intelligent chatbots using OpenAI/GPT models and LangChain (or similar frameworks) Integrate chatbot workflows with Salesforce objects (e.g., Leads, Cases, Custom Objects) Design and expose backend APIs for smooth interaction with external systems (FTP, portals, databases) Implement authentication, session management, and user-specific routing in the bot Support Experience Cloud integrations (Instructor/Trainee/Scheduling portals) Ensure scalability, prompt handling, logging, and graceful error fallback Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align features with training and engineering Skills & Experience : Strong experience with Python (LangChain / FastAPI / Flask) Proficient in OpenAI API or similar LLM providers (Anthropic, Cohere, etc.) Hands-on with Salesforce Integration (REST APIs, Apex, Flow, LWC knowledge is a plus) Familiar with Heroku, AWS Lambda, or cloud hosting platforms Working knowledge of JSON, Webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 Ability to translate business workflows into automated conversational to Have : Experience building bots for enterprise CRM environments Understanding of UI frameworks (e.g., React.js) for embedding bots on web apps(ref:hirist.tech),
