Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Airport Cargo Executive to support cargo operations and ensure the smooth handling, documentation, and movement of shipments. The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers, airlines, and warehouse teams while maintaining compliance with aviation and cargo regulations.Key Responsibilities
• Manage cargo booking, acceptance, and shipment processing activities.
• Verify cargo documentation, invoices, airway bills, and shipping records.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for cargo loading and unloading.
• Monitor import and export cargo movements and ensure timely dispatch.
• Maintain accurate cargo records and operational reports.
• Assist customers with shipment tracking and cargo-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with airport security, safety, and cargo handling procedures.
• Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities when required.
• Identify and report shipment discrepancies, damages, or delays.
• Support inventory management and warehouse operations.
Requirements
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of logistics, cargo handling, and documentation preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.
