Job Title: Project Engineer & AMC Engineer Fire Safety IndustryLocation: Delhi, Okhla Industrial Phase 2Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 per monthExperience: 2 to 5 yearsJob Type: Full-TimeNotice period: Immediate to 15 daysWe are looking for dynamic and experienced Project Engineers and AMC Engineers to join our team in the Fire Safety Industry. The ideal candidates will have 2 to 5 years of experience in their respective fields, with a solid understanding of fire safety systems and project execution. The roles will involve overseeing fire protection projects, managing annual maintenance contracts, and ensuring the successful delivery of fire safety systems.Project Engineer - Responsibilities:
• Project Planning & Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of fire safety projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
• System Design & Installation: Collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure the proper installation of fire alarm systems, sprinklers, suppression systems, and other fire safety measures.
• Coordination: Manage communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, handle troubleshooting, and provide detailed reports to clients and senior management.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure that all fire safety installations meet industry standards, local regulations, and safety codes.
AMC Engineer - Responsibilities:
• Maintenance & Service: Manage the annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for fire safety systems, ensuring regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and quick response to breakdowns.
• Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer support, addressing client concerns, ensuring high satisfaction, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve issues with fire protection systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Upgrades & Replacements: Recommend and implement necessary upgrades or replacements to ensure systems are up-to-date and compliant with fire safety regulations.
Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Project Engineering or AMC Engineering in the fire safety industry.
• Strong understanding of fire safety systems such as alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, and suppression systems.
• Proficiency in project management, AutoCAD, and other engineering design tools (for Project Engineer role).
• Experience with Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), including maintenance, troubleshooting, and client servicing (for AMC Engineer role).
• Familiarity with fire safety codes, standards, and regulations.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
