Job Description

    • Promote the companys portfolio of surgical products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical and application support for medical devices.
    • Generate new business through cold calling, lead generation, and effective territory coverage.
    • Drive product demand by executing planned sales and marketing initiatives.
    • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and operation theatre (OT) staff in line with company classification guidelines.
    • Execute sales strategies to consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
    • Gather market intelligence and submit accurate, timely reports to the Area Business Manager (ABM).
    • Comply with company systems, policies, and values while maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all activities.
