Job Description

    description:Key Responsibilities
    1. Distribution & Sales: Achieve monthly primary & secondary sales targets for assigned territory/beat. Appoint & manage distributors/super-stockists. Drive ROI, stock norms, and service levels. Build direct coverage: target 100-150 pet stores vet clinics premium GT in 6 months. Drive core sales KPIs: Numeric reach, Bill Cut, Lines per Bill, Eco, New Outlet Addition.
    2. Market Development Category Creation: Educate retailers & pet parents on pet nutrition, feeding patterns, and brand USP vs competition. Execute sampling & trials at stores, vet clinics, adoption camps, and pet events. Handle objections on price vs local/loose food. Build brand as vet recommended.
    3. Retailer & Vet Engagement: Create strong relationships with top 50 pet stores & 30 vet clinics in city. Train store staff on range, benefits, and handling consumer queries. Ensure visibility: shelf space, counter tops, wobblers, posters, starter kits.
    4. Execution Excellence: Implement beat plan via SFA. 100% daily reporting: calls, orders, time in market. Track competitor launches, schemes, MRP, and retailer feedback. Share insights weekly. Coordinate with CFA for stock, claims, and damage replacement within TAT.
    5. Start-up Ownership: Be voice of market: Suggest pack-price, promotions, and SKU mix for your city. Support brand team in local activations, pet community tie-ups, and micro-influencers. Pilot new channels: groomers, breeders, pet hostels, e-comm hyperlocal partners.
