    youll be our : Zonal Accessories & Merchandise Manageryoull be based at : Zonal Officeyoull be Aligned with : Zonal Head - Sales Operations / PO - AnM Businessyoull be A member of: Sales TeamWhat youll do at Ather: Business Planning - Forecasting & Monitoring the accessories billing & retail as per the monthly / quarterly & Annual Targets for the Zone / Retail Partners / Experience Centers Devising Business strategies for the Market to drive Sales & Adoption of AnM products by addressing problems related to possible customer confidence issues Rollout and monitor Accessories Incentive Schemes for Retail Partner teams Ensuring Accessories Experience at Display & Test Rides across touchpoints Monitoring and enhancing effective deployment of Business Enablers Effective rollout of POS & inputs for Sales Kit development for accessories sales promotion in Experience Centers Dealer Accessories Inventory planning-stock review for adequacy and obsolescence Ensure. availability of Skilled & trained Manpower for Accessories at Experience Centers Understand Retail Partners aspirations towards allied business & align them with the organizations vision Suggest and drive process and system changes and improvements within the sales area in collaboration with swimlanesHeres what we are looking for: Strong Networking and collaboration capabilities Strong Communication skills with systematic ways of working Strong understanding of retail business & selling techniques A good understanding of automobile industry will be a definite plus Most importantly, should display a relentless zeal to learnSome attributes that you bring to this role: Examining information - Excels at gathering data, processing information, and finding solutions Providing insights - Works on identifying key issues to make effective decisions, all while keeping the philosophy of continuous improvement in mind Embracing Change - Needs to be dynamic to understand the quickly evolving nature of a young businessYou bring to Ather: Bachelors - Any stream (MBA, PMP preferred) 3-5 years of experience in Channel Sales / Planning across any domain (Automobile, Spares, Retail, FMCD).
