Our commitment to innovation and excellence has made us an industry leader for more than four decades.Now we are coming up with the new state of the art , MDF plant in Uttarakhand.Role DescriptionThis is full-time on-site role for Assistant Branch Manager at various Location of North India, candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the branch, managing the sales, marketing, and customer service teams, and ensuring that the branch meets its sales and profitability targets. candidate will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers. developing and implementing new business strategies, and managing inventory levels.Locations: Uttar Pradesh Uttarakhand Rajasthan Punjab, Haryana & Delhi/NCRResponsibilities Monitor and report on sales performance Manage and coach sales team Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans Build sales pipeline for new business opportunitiesQualifications Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience Previous experience in technical sales Previous industry experience Key Skills: Sales management, marketing, and business development skills Ability to manage and motivate a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Experience in MDF/Panel Industry,
