Job Description

    Job Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet territory sales targets.
    • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements to achieve goals.
    • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
    • Oversee KYC processing for new customers, handle onboarding, and ensure compliance through due diligence and reviews for both new and existing customers.
    • Recruit, train, and manage the sales team, setting targets and performance metrics, and conducting regular performance reviews and coaching to ensure early productivity for new team members.
    • Conduct regular morning meetings to establish daily plans and review results from the previous day.
    • Communicate key updates to business partners as needed.
    • Build and maintain productive and professional relationships with key personnel at retail partners.
    • Conduct periodic or surprise visits to assigned partners, engage with them, and provide motivation and support.
    • Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, trends, and competitors, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Develop and execute effective sales plans and promotional activities.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to support overall business objectives and facilitate effective communication.
