Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Area Sales Manager for the Battery Segment to expand market presence, develop dealer networks, and drive sales growth. The candidate should possess strong experience in B2B/B2C sales, channel management, and business development within the battery or related industry.Key Responsibilities:
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within assigned territory.
    • Develop and manage distributor, dealer, and retailer networks.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
    • Conduct market analysis to monitor competitor activities and customer demand.
    • Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer support.
    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
    • Handle team management and ensure target achievement.
    • Travel within assigned locations for business expansion.

    • Ability to manage multiple clients and business operations.
