Job Description

Duties/ Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo supervise service delivery of SPs ( service personnel ) on a daily basisTo monitor the call pendency of every SP on a daily basisTo take corrective action on pending calls in order to ensure timely closureTo provide CBS installation training to SPsTo ensure spare parts availability with each ASPTo review the requirement of spare parts for each ASP based on consumption trends on a monthly basisTo take corrective actions on gaps found in MSL maintenance of spare parts with ASPsTo ensure achievement of PMC sales targetTo check the quality of PMC service deliveries done by SPsTo provide proactive installation support to projects & keep records at each stageTo provide proactive installation pre-operative guidance to 100% of customersTo visit sites during the installation processTo organize service camps at projects sitesTo visit sites during service campsTo resolve customers complaints as per defined CC timelinesTo track & monitor franchisee-wise call qualityTo personally visit unsatisfied customers and close the loopTo ensure that customers satisfaction is more than 95%To manage spare parts and ensure that every replaced part is returned to the factory within committed timelinesTo visit dealers counters in the territoryTo resolve issues of dealers related to customer careTo assess dealers plumbers confidence in Jaquar products installationTo provide CBS installation training to dealers plumbers to develop them for carrying out quality installations
