Job Description

    Hi,Position: Area Talent Acquisition ExecutiveLocation: North DelhiExperience: 2-6 YearsJob Description:As an Area Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for driving recruitment processes, managing stakeholders, and ensuring that the talent pool is aligned with business requirements in your allocated geography. The role demands strong sourcing strategies, stakeholder management, and adherence to compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Recruitment Execution: Drive recruitment efforts within budget, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and quality parameters in the allocated geography.
    2. Talent Pool Development: Build a talent pipeline by developing alternative sourcing channels such as College Campus programs, Government Skill Development Agencies, and Employment Exchanges.
    3. Recruitment Compliance: Manage recruitment-related compliance, including background verification, negotiation audits, and responses.
    4. Project Management: Handle specific project requirements as per set timelines.
    5. Data Analytics: Regularly analyze recruitment dashboards and reports to ensure SLAs are met.
    6. Critical Position Recruitment: Prioritize and manage recruitment for critical positions in the respective area.
    7. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with geography stakeholders to ensure timely closure of recruitment requirements within their verticals.
    8. Candidate Engagement: Ensure strong candidate engagement during the pre-onboarding phase to enhance the employee experience.
