Job Description

  • Manage Project Financials for both Build and Run & Maintain workstreams
  • Manage & Implements required set of tools
  • Manage and regularly update Source Page
  • Support the Budget creation across all the workstreams
  • Support creation, validation and analysis of project budgets and financial health
  • Coordination across Powered team members
  • Financial budget preparation and then tracking budget vs actuals along with Avb commentary
  • Monthly accrual recording and reporting along with financial statements publications
  • Working with Global Finance on invoice workflows and adjustments
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, yearly governance decks and reports (for Global Finance and Leadership)
  • Ad-hoc task data analysis across the funders
  • Management reporting along with department reviews (Monthly & Quarterly)
  • Capitalization report preparation
  • Code management across the workstreams
  • Cost center hierarchy management

  • The successful candidate should have a minimum of 7-10 years relevant experience working in a financial environment and preferably experience working in a large global corporation or in project management in a leading professional services firm (e.g. international consulting firm, Big 4, IT Enabled Services Industry) or existing PMO captive.
  • PMO experience with comptetency across some of the project management knowledge areas, including exposure to PM tools, building teams and experience of working in an Agile environment would be useful.
  • Commercial awareness P&L calculation and implementation, understanding of terms like provision, bad-debts, writing off amounts, impacts of value injections and leakages within business models.
  • Project workflow awareness project forecast, lifecycle, budget and planning etc
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Be confident interacting and building relationships at the most senior levels
  • Be self motivated with the ability to proactively plan and prioritise own workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be flexible in their approach and able to work under pressure
  • Have high levels of personal integrity and the ability to quickly build trust amongst colleagues and clients.
  • A team player with the ability to deliver high quality outputs and to work within integrated, multi-disciplinary project teams
  • Strong drive and resilience to overcome challenges or setbacks to achieve the team/project goals.
  • Experienced in data analysis and reporting with strong Excel skills.
  • Proven ability in coordination, problem solving and time management.
