Job Description

    This is an onsite position based at our Delhi office.Jobresponsibilities will include the following.
    1. Follow-up for collections from agencies/direct clients/Govt department.
    2. Field visits specially for Govt clients for collections
    3. Engaging with 3rd party service providers for business generation and collection
    4. Ensuring that bills along with proper supporting are submitted on time to all the agencies/Govt/other clients
    5. Ensuring that TDS and TDS on GST are accounting timely
    6. To work with Corporate team to plan monthly collection, highlight risks to the plan if any
    7. Ensuring credit limit is maintained appropriately for all the customers
    8. Blocking of customers in case of non-payment, cheque bouncing etc
    9. Initiation of legal cases, represent the organization for legal cases.
    10. Bill revisions/credit notes/debit notes etc.Preferred Qualification :
      1. Well versed with SAP and advanced excel skills.
      2. Analytical and critical thinking skill.
      3. Good interpersonal skills.
      4. Awareness of GST & TDS related provisions etc will be highly desirable.
