Job Description

Managing the entire sales cycle, from inquiry generation to order finalization
Handling contract management and providing support to the sales team
Meeting with customers, architects, and consultants to assess their requirements
Expanding the customer base and building relationships
Staying informed about product strategy and market trends in the assigned territory
Cultivating and maintaining rapport with key individuals in major customer organizations
Keeping customers updated with product information and developments
Conducting market surveys and researching competitors
Generating and pursuing new inquiries
Preparing negotiation materials, including data sheets
Creating and presenting elevator proposals
Participating in negotiation meetings
Ensuring timely follow-up on proposals and tenders
Finalizing orders and processing them efficiently
Consistently achieving monthly and annual sales targets
Coordinating Sales-Installation meetings (SIP) as required
