Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:1. Oversee the installation and commissioning of evaporative cooling machines and low-side work for Western and Northern India.2. Manage and supervise installation projects outside India when required.3. Resolve technical issues promptly to ensure seamless execution of projects.4. Ensure customer satisfaction from installation to handover of commissioned machines.5. Train contractors and project franchisees as needed.6. Provide feedback for product improvement to the backend teams.7. Coordinate and manage site activities with contractors to achieve timely project completion.8. Handle customer complaints and ensure closure within stipulated timelines.9. Maintain safety and statutory compliance at all project sites.10. Update and maintain ERP modules while working on projects.11. Submit daily and weekly progress reports.12. Collaborate with Sales, Product Development and Engineering, Production, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.Skills Required: Strong project management and organizational skills. Effective negotiation and communication abilities. Proficiency in managing manpower and resources efficiently. Good presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to establish and maintain positive customer relationships. Problem-solving and resourcefulness in managing challenges on-site.Preferred Attributes: Hands-on experience in installation and commissioning projects. Familiarity with safety and statutory regulations related to site work. Experience in ERP systems and reporting tools.
