Job Description

It is our extensive R&D that has placed us in the forefront of the IVD industry globally, and it is because of these R&D efforts that we have more than 55 patents more than any other single company in the country.ASSISTANT MANAGER QUALITY ASSURANCEPurpose of Position: The Profile require the person to manage day to day working of Department and toguide the team as per requirement .You are required to do compliance of QMS documentation && data control.Job Responsibility:1- To monitor document and data control of all controlled documents (Issuance, retrieval, archivaland distribution).2- To ensure that all master documents are updated periodically.3- To ensure that control sample management is done as per approved procedure.4- To ensure that APQRs are prepared, reviewed and approved as per approved procedure5- Responsible for review and approval of all SOPs, protocols and master controlled documents.6- Responsible for review and documentation related to OOS, Non conformity, Deviation, CAPA,Change Control, Market Complaint && Product recall,7- To represent company during external audits and provide closures of observations along withCAPA.8- To review and approve all batch manufacturing and analytical records.9- To ensure effective implementation of all SOPs and documents related to QMS.10- To review and approved all new/revised artwork as per approved procedure.11- Responsible for review and approval of MFR, BMR and all other documents related tomanufacturing process.12- To ensure Vendor Development and Qualification as per approved procedure (Audit, review ofquestionnaire and performance review).Qualification: M. SC. (Regular, No Correspondence or distance learning )Experience: 8 to 12 YearsSalary Band: 45K to 60K.
