Aligning internal and external stakeholders on training plan Partner with the operations team for Training delivery and measurement process Driving & Supporting Outlet KPIs Through Training Delivery and On the Job Mentoring Sessions in close coordination with Business and Levis team. Driving employee retention and engagement at Stores Mentor the Franchisee trainers mapped to the Individual.
