Job Description

    Assistant Partner Manager Key Responsibilities:
    1. Partner Relationship Management:
      • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
      • Act as the primary point of contact for partner-related activities.
      • Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction and engagement.
    2. Business Development & Strategy:
      • Identify and onboard new partners to expand business opportunities.
      • Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and strategies.
      • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize partnership approaches.
    3. Sales & Revenue Growth:
      • Drive revenue through partner channels by implementing effective sales strategies.
      • Track and analyze partner sales performance and ensure targets are met.
      • Support partners with sales enablement, training, and marketing initiatives.
    4. Contract & Agreement Management:
      • Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
      • Work closely with legal and finance teams to handle contract execution.
    5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
      • Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and customer success) to support partner activities.
      • Coordinate marketing campaigns and co-branded initiatives with partners.
    6. Reporting & Performance Metrics:
      • Track KPIs related to partner performance, revenue generation, and engagement levels.
      • Prepare reports for senior management to showcase partnership effectiveness.
