Job Description

    We have urgent openings for the position of territory manager with most of the leading life insurance companies inAgency Vertical.For more information on profiles, please feel free to call us at hidden_mobileor share your updated resume-Position: Associate Circle Head-Team HandlingPackage: up to 11.50 lacs incentivesExperience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Life Insurance With 1 Years in Team HandlingAgency Sales Duties and Responsibilities:
    • To manage agency business in and around the designated location.
    • Handling a team of flies.
    • Maximize performance on sales and quality objectives for the circle.
    • To drive Fls to recruit quality FCs and achieve targets as per the requirements.
    • Ensure the handling is complete.
    • Drive the local circle by driving sales production and managing the associated costs.
    • Ensure the high quality and persistency of business generated by the local production unit to support the long-term profitability of the company.
    • Develop knowledge of local market dynamics to improve the productivity of the FLS and BLs (e. g., through targeting specific segments, products, and FCs).
    • Identify and align non-sales resources in support of the circles business goals (e. g., learning and development, operations, human resources, etc.) to maximize value from the deployment of these resources within the circle.
    *Qualifications:*Minimum qualification: graduation is required.Age between 21 and 40 years.
