We learn and build something new CoinDCX every time.The Web 3 space is still new and were just getting started!About the CoinDCX Policy TeamAs a member of CoinDCXs Policy Team, your role transcends traditional boundaries, placing you at the nexus of policy advocacy, strategy, and regulatory engagement in the realm of Virtual Digital Assets (VDAs). This role positions you at the forefront of shaping and influencing policies and regulatory frameworks that govern the VDA landscape, both in India and internationally.In this capacity, you will engage. in deep analysis of policy developments, provide strategic insights to guide CoinDCXs response to regulatory changes, and advocate for policies that foster innovation while ensuring consumer protection and compliance. Your work will involve close collaboration with industry bodies, government agencies, and other stakeholders, offering a holistic view of the VDA ecosystem to help guide policymakers who may have the final say in future regulations.You will play an instrumental role in not only shaping CoinDCXs policy strategies but also in defining the broader VDA industry, both within India and globally. This role is integral to shaping and navigating the complex legal and regulatory landscape of Virtual Digital Assets (VDAs). The ideal candidate will bring a robust legal background, a passion for blockchain technology, and a keen understanding of the intricacies of tax, securities, and payment laws.What youll doSupport policy, PR and compliance teams through legal analysis of current VDA regulations both in India and the world, past precedents, and future risks.Lead legal analysis and policy development initiatives concerning VDA regulation, taxation, and compliance.Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, identifying potential impacts and opportunities for engagement.Conduct thorough research and provide strategic legal insights on emerging trends and regulations in the blockchain and VDA sector.Draft and review policy proposals, legal documents, and position papers.Collaborate with legal and other teams to align legal strategies with CoinDCXs objectives and industry standards.Engage in public networking engagements to represent CoinDCX at industry forums, regulatory discussions, and policy roundtables.Contribute thought leadership through articles, whitepapers, and research publications in the field of blockchain and VDAs.What youll bringRequired Qualifications:Law Degree: Must have a law degree/ Masters degree in public policy, public administration, or a related field preferred from a recognized institution.Legal Policy Experience: 0-3 years of experience in legal policy.
