We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Senior Engineer to lead our electrical engineering projects in the grain processing sector. Job Summary: As a Project Senior Engineer - Electrical Systems, you will be a crucial member of our project management team responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of electrical systems in grain processing facilities. Your expertise in motor control centers, PLC panels, and server-based automation will be instrumental in ensuring successful project execution and meeting client requirements. Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans for electrical systems in grain processing facilities, considering key milestones and timelines. 2. Technical Analysis: Conduct in-depth technical analysis of client requirements, providing insights and recommendations for optimal motor control centers, PLC panels, and server-based automation solutions. 3. Electrical System Design: Lead the design and engineering of motor control centers and PLC panels, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines. 4. Server-Based Automation: Develop and integrate server-based automation systems, enabling seamless control and monitoring of grain processing operations. 5. Vendor Coordination: Work closely with suppliers and vendors to procure high-quality electrical components and equipment for projects. 6. Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance procedures to ensure electrical systems meet industry standards and client expectations. 7. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems promptly to minimize disruptions and downtime. 8. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including electrical schematics, panel layouts, and system configurations. 9. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, providing expert advice and presenting project proposals. 10. Project Budgeting: Prepare accurate project cost estimates for electrical systems and automation solutions, ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle. 11. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to project timelines. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in designing and implementing electrical systems for the grain processing industry. Proficiency in motor control centers, PLC panels, and server-based automation systems. Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to electrical systems in grain processing facilities. Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems for effective process control and monitoring. Experience in managing project budgets and procurement processes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
