Job Details :Achieves the business/service goals for an assigned area/s (and/or multi- functional operation) by effectively managing resources and processes to achieve the required results, whilst consistently ensuring compliance with standards and relevant regulatory requirements.Focuses on developing and applying the competencies needed to provide service excellence, including the leadership skills needed to promote the Company philosophy and engage and develop a motivated Team who deliver the required results.Job Size :- Responsible for managing and supporting both internal and external customers in Cargo operations for complete network.- Typically manages a team of direct reports.Key Accountabilities :1. Consultancy and Implementation :- Identify business process re-engineering opportunities for existing and future modules and process.- Lead requirement analysis workshops to gather and document detailed design and configuration changes in system.- Identify impacts that changes to system configurations will have on integrated systems and existing internal and external interfaces.- Develop and implement other applications in co-ordination with other units within organization in order to support cargo business.- Perform post implementation-effectiveness and reviews to analyse and report whether the service meets business objectives of business2. Operational Performance :- Provide functional and technical expertise, understands the domain and act as quality trainer to team members.- Leverage expertise of with a mixture of technology to design and provide the suitable solutions to business teams in order to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction3. Quality and Continuous Improvement :- Actively involves in solutioning, advocating the product and proposing the business solution design- Playing a role of consultant for the application enhancement, testing and suggesting the workarounds in order to achieve business goals.- Responsible for co-ordination with multiple stake holders bring out the expected output to meet business results.- Creating and ensuring a defined calendar of releases and improvements to the software by prioritizing changes to include as regular minor releases or bi-annual major releases ensuring all stakeholders are informed and adhere to the change process.4. Application Development, UAT and Implementation :- Being updated with industry development and suggesting the solutions to the business using technology.- Collecting and sharing the actual business requirement and get the application developed as per requirement, get the solution developed by vendor and implement successfully within estimated timeline after testing and train the user groups based on needs.5. Product Development :- Prepare and issue requested project status reports covering all assigned, pending and current projects.
