Job Description

    Key ReponsibilitiesSales Strategic Leadership and Sales Cycle: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue growth andmarket expansion goals in the India region for an Enterprise SaaS Product. Set ambious yet achievable sales targets aligned with the companys vision and businessobjecves. Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from idenfying leads to closing deals, andprovide guidance and mentorship to junior sales staff.Revenue Growth and Market Expansion: Drive revenue growth by idenfying and pursuing new business opportunies, includinguntapped markets, emerging sectors, and high-potenal vercals. Develop and maintain relaonships with key enterprise clients and decision-makers to securelarge, high-value deals. Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunies through the sales process. Monitor and ensure consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.Market Intelligence and Strategy: Analyse market trends, compeve landscape, and customer feedback to idenfy growthopportunies and refine go-to-market strategies. Develop pricing strategies and negoate contracts to ensure profitability while maintainingcustomer sasfacon. Develop and maintain sales collateral, including presentaons, proposals, and contracts.Team Management and Development:Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellenceand accountability. Idenfy skill gaps within the team and implement training and development programs toenhance performance. Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent to build a strong and movated workforce.Performance Tracking and Reporng: Establish and monitor sales KPIs, ensuring transparency and accountability across the team. Provide detailed reports and insights to senior management on sales acvies, forecasts, andmarket trends. Generate regular sales reports, measuring key metrics and performance against targets, andoffer insights for connuous improvement1. Proven success in B2B sales, with a track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.2. Experience of at least 15 years in sales with minimum of 7-8 years in Enterprise SaaS.3. Experience handling an average ARR of $100K$150K per deal, contributing to $3$4M in annual new sales4. Consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills5. Solid business development & acquisition experience6. Strong relationship and account management skills7. Proficient in using CRM tools and data analysis to drive sales performance8. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
