Job Description

    Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for Ayurveda. The telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients to promote Ayurvedic products, provide guidance on their benefits, and handle queries related to Ayurvedic treatments.Key Responsibilities:Outbound and Inbound Calls: Handle calls to and from customers to provide information about Ayurvedic products and services.Customer Education: Explain the benefits and uses of Ayurvedic products, therapies, and treatments to potential clients.Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and turn inquiries into sales by offering personalized solutions.Follow-up: Maintain follow-up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Record Keeping: Document customer interactions, track sales, and maintain a detailed record of calls and inquiries.Provide Support: Assist customers in placing orders, resolving complaints, and answering questions related to Ayurveda and its products.Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align on customer needs and feedback.Requirements:Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of Ayurveda and Ayurvedic products is a plus.Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.Skills:Excellent verbal communication skills in [Insert Language Requirements]Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.Good listening skills with an empathetic approach to customer queries.
