Job Description

    Ayurvedic Telesales RepresentativePosition Overview: We are seeking a passionate Ayurvedic Telesales Representative to promote and sell our range of Ayurvedic products. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a background in health or wellness, and a genuine interest in holistic healing.Key Responsibilities:Product Promotion: Introduce and explain the benefits of Ayurvedic products to potential customers over the phone.Customer Engagement: Build rapport with clients, addressing their inquiries and providing tailored recommendations based on their needs.Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales goals through effective communication and persuasive techniques.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to better position our offerings.Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our system.Qualifications:Experience: Previous experience in telesales, preferably in the health or wellness industry.Knowledge: Basic understanding of Ayurvedic principles and products is a plus.Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; persuasive and goal-oriented.Education: A background in health sciences, Ayurveda, or related fields is advantageous.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
