Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to drive revenue growth by selling our Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) solutions to enterprise businesses.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the DOOH industry, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise clients- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers- Conduct needs assessments and present customized DOOH solutions- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets- Manage team of Hyper local sales representative and manage cumulative Sales Target for Assign area.- Revenue driver with individual performer.Requirements:- 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the DOOH or advertising industry- Proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to enterprise clients- Strong understanding of the DOOH industry and its applications- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related fieldNice to Have:- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)- Knowledge of digital signage and advertising technologies- Familiarity with data-driven sales approaches and analytics toolsWe Offer:- Competitive salary and commission structure- Comprehensive benefits package- Opportunities for career growth and professional development- Collaborative and dynamic work environment
