Job Description

    Key Responsibilities Handle customer complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. Follow up to ensure resolution. Protectively attend and respond to phone calls and e-mails. Keep records of customer interactions. Creation of reports on a regular basis. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction. Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner. Assure a satisfactory level of service is being provided to customers. Maintain a polite attitude towards customers when interacting on call.Requirements * Prior experience in the fitness industry would be an add-on. * Must be comfortable with answering multiple calls per day. * Proficient with Excel. * Good interpersonal skills. * Decent command of spoken English with fluency. * Graduate candidates or. result-awaited candidates can apply. * Should have a go-getter attitude. * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.Please note that this JD is an overview of the major responsibilities.
