    • Handle international calls and communicate with clients professionally.
    • Make outbound calls to international clients and understand their requirements.
    • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and update call records.
    • Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer handling.
    • Manage backend office activities related to calling and client communication.
    • Maintain and update daily reports and records in Excel.
    • Perform basic data entry and documentation work.

    Required Skills
    • Fluent English communication is mandatory.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Basic knowledge of MS Excel is required.
    • Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

    • Ability to communicate with international clients effectively.
